WHY STUDY IN CANADA?
Talk of immigrant friendly countries, Canada tops the list. A picturesque expanse of land with enthralling beauty, it is multicultural, vibrant and a bilingual nation with two official languages- English and French.
Being the world’s second largest country, with respect to area, it’s ethnically diverse and provides high quality of life. It ranks among the Top 10 countries in the United Nations Quality of Life Index. Politically speaking, it has a stable parliamentary democracy. With the lowest unemployment rate, it is a land of opportunities.
With universities located both in urban and rural settings, in almost all the regions of the country, education is easily accessible. Considering the high quality of academic standards, degrees, certificates or diplomas from Canadian universities are globally recognized and considered equivalent to those obtained from The United States or any other Commonwealth nation.
EDUCATION SYSTEM-
There is no central system that lays down the rules for post-secondary education institutions; instead they come under the jurisdiction of the provinces they are located in.
The following certifications are offered in Canada (along with the duration)-
- Certificate – 1 year
- Diploma – 1-2 years
- Advanced Diploma- 3 years

COST OF STUDY-
Although, the cost and quality of living in Canada is high but is comparatively low when other nations like the US and UK are taken into consideration, making Canada a favorable choice.
The fee depends on the province you choose to study in along with the university and the course.
Tuition fee- It may vary from 10,000 CAD to 25,000 CAD per annum.
Living expenses- They may vary from 8000 to 10,000 CAD per annum depending on the student.
INTAKES-
Most of the universities have a trimester system wherein admissions take place in January, May and September.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS-
